What we collect, what we don't, and how to opt out at any time.
Power Cricket Slam is a simulated, fully offline cricket-management game. Most of what you do inside the App stays on your device, but a small amount of information is exchanged with us and a few trusted partners so we can deliver the App, attribute installs to the advertising campaigns that pay for it, and send the notifications you choose to receive. This policy describes that exchange in full and applies both to the Power Cricket Slam Android application (the "App") and to the companion website at fancrick0040.com. "We," "our," and "us" refer to Power Cricket Slam. By installing or using the App you agree to the practices below.
This app is a simulated cricket-management game. No real betting takes place. The Bookmaker's Corner displays fictional odds boards and bookie chatter as ambient cricket-fan atmosphere only — it is read-only. There's no betting in this app. No real-money winnings. All player imagery is AI-generated. Players, teams, and matches in this app are fictional. No IAP. No cash prizes. No links to real gambling sites.
The list below is exhaustive — anything not described here is not collected.
Anonymous Installation Identifier. The first time you launch the App, it generates a random identifier and stores it on your device. The identifier is unique to that single installation. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or any other personal detail, and is shared only with the partners listed below so the same install isn't counted twice. Clearing app data or uninstalling the App permanently removes it.
User ID. The App generates a user identifier so we can keep your local game state (squad, streak, league standings) consistent across the App's own services. This identifier is not linked to your name or email. It is generated on first launch and removed when you clear app data or uninstall.
Device Language and Region. The App reads the language and region your device is set to so that menus, descriptions, and any notifications appear in the right language. Nothing more granular than that is read.
Advertising Identifier (Google Advertising ID / GAID). On Android, the App reads the Google Advertising ID — a resettable identifier provided by Google Play Services — so we can tell which advertising campaign (if any) brought you to the Play Store listing. You can reset or delete this identifier at any time under Settings → Google → Ads; once deleted, the App can no longer read it.
Install Attribution Data. Working alongside the advertising identifier, we collect the source the install was attributed to (organic, or the name of an ad network), the campaign name, and the raw Google Play install referrer string. Together, these let us measure which advertising channels are actually working and reconcile cases where the attribution provider's first guess was incomplete.
Push Notification Token (Firebase Cloud Messaging / FCM and OneSignal). If you allow push notifications, our delivery partner (OneSignal, layered on top of Firebase Cloud Messaging) generates a unique subscription token for your device so it can deliver messages to that specific device. The token is tied to the installation, not to you personally. The corresponding low-level system push token is held by FCM / OneSignal — the App itself never reads it.
Baseline Device Information. Our partners receive basic device data (device model, operating system version, application version, timezone, and an IP-derived country) as part of standard SDK functionality — needed to deliver attribution and notification services correctly.
On-Device Game State. Everything you do inside the App — your squad, your XI, your streak, your league standings, your scout-pack history — is saved to local storage on your device. None of this content is transmitted to our servers, shared with our partners, or otherwise leaves your device.
Support and Bug Reports. The App's Support page (rendered inside the App's built-in browser) lets you write to us. When you submit a support request, you may provide:
This information is submitted only when you choose to send a support request, and is used solely to respond to your inquiry. The App itself does not access your camera directly — photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.
The App includes a built-in browser used to display this Privacy Policy and the Support page directly within the App. The built-in browser supports cookies (including third-party cookies) and local storage as a normal browser would; these are managed by the websites loaded inside it, not by the App itself. Any websites you load through the built-in browser operate under their own privacy practices.
If you allow them, the App can receive remote push notifications (service announcements, important updates) through OneSignal layered on Firebase Cloud Messaging. On Android 13 and later, the system asks for your permission the first time the App tries to send one; you can deny it, or revoke it later in your device's notification settings. If you deny the prompt, no push notification subscription is created and no remote notifications are sent.
We use the data above only for the purposes you've already read alongside each item: to deliver the App and keep it in your language; to attribute installs and measure our advertising; to send you the notifications you've opted into; to respond to you when you write to us; and to comply with the law when we are legally required to. We do not build advertising profiles, do not track you across other apps or websites, and do not sell your information.
On your device. The anonymous identifier, user identifier, squad, streak, and league data stay on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
With our partners. The advertising identifier, attribution data, and push notification token are managed by AppsFlyer, Google Play Services, and OneSignal / Firebase respectively, on their own retention schedules — see their privacy policies linked below. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue you wrote about, and is then deleted.
We do not sell your information. The advertising identifier, attribution data, anonymous installation identifier, user ID, and push notification token are shared with the partners listed below so they can perform the specific service we describe. Each partner operates under its own privacy policy; please consult their policies for full details.
We may also disclose information when required by law, by court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users and third parties. Information processed by these partners may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own; we rely on the contractual safeguards required by applicable law to keep it protected.
Reset or Delete the Advertising Identifier. Open Settings → Google → Ads on your device and tap "Delete advertising ID" (or "Reset advertising ID" on older Android versions). Once deleted, the App can no longer read it.
Revoke Notification Permission. Open the App's entry in your device's app settings and turn off notifications. This applies to both push notifications and local reminders.
Clear or Delete Your Data. Clearing app data through your device's app settings removes the anonymous identifier, your squad, league, and streak, and any cookies or cached content from the App's built-in browser. Uninstalling the App achieves the same.
Region-Specific Rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, to access, correct, port, or delete your information under the EU/UK GDPR, or to opt out of "sale" and "sharing" under the California CCPA. To exercise any of these, write to us at the privacy address below.
Security. Information that does leave your device travels over HTTPS/TLS and is held by our partners under their own technical and organisational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we apply the same care to your data that we would expect for our own.
Children. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction) and is not directed to younger children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy. We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
